Travel planning and booking services provided by The Boarding Lounge are available exclusively to U.S. citizens. By using our services or submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. Services are not available to non-U.S. citizens.

At The Boarding Lounge, our goal is to make your travel planning experience seamless, personalized, and enjoyable. To ensure clarity and a smooth process, please review our current privacy policy:

1. Complimentary Services

All of our services are 100% complimentary. We provide personalized travel guidance, curated itineraries, and recommendations to help you plan your trips with confidence.

2. Planning & Itinerary Guidance

We provide destination recommendations, hotel/resort suggestions, itinerary planning, and travel logistics guidance. Our services include advice for flights, transfers, cruises, excursions, activities, and optional travel insurance. Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming any bookings.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

Submitting Reservations.

The Boarding Lounge assists clients with booking travel arrangements through authorized travel suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, excursion providers, transfer services, and travel insurance providers.
All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, availability, pricing, and policies of the respective supplier
 

4. Travel Changes & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier policies for cancellations, changes, or refunds. We provide guidance and support where possible but are not responsible for supplier fees or penalties.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips to protect against unexpected changes, cancellations, or emergencies. Guidance on insurance options is available upon request.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate traveler information, preferences, and special requirements.

• Communicating promptly regarding confirmations, changes, or questions.

• Understanding that while we provide guidance and recommendations, final decisions and bookings are the client’s responsibility.

Travel policies are subject to change, and we recommend reviewing them prior to planning or confirming any trip.
