​Please complete the travel inquiry form that best matches your trip—whether you’re planning a cruise, hotel stay, all-inclusive getaway, or another type of vacation. Once your form has been reviewed (please allow 24–48 hours), we’ll schedule a phone consultation to discuss your preferences and begin designing a trip tailored just for you.  Please note - "Group Travel" is only for more than 8 staterooms/cabins in most cruises. For hotels/resorts and activities the minimum varies by supplier.

The Boarding Lounge provides full advisory support for travel arrangements—such as cruises, hotels, flights, and all-inclusive stays—at no additional cost to you. Our services are available exclusively to U.S. citizens. By using our services or submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. Services are not available to non-U.S. citizens.  These include:​

• Consultation & Communication: Ongoing communication via text, phone, or email to understand your travel needs and preferences.

• Research & Trip Planning: Customized research and planning to curate travel options tailored to your request.

• Personalized Travel Proposal: Access to our client platform where you’ll receive a detailed digital proposal featuring multiple travel options and pricing.

• Reservation Management: Full booking support, including payment processing, payment reminders, reservation updates, and maintaining your payment schedule.

• Planning Assistance: Continued support during the planning process, including guidance on excursions, activities, and add-ons.

• Travel Support: 24-hour support during your trip for agency-related emergencies only to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.​
   

You can expect your quote within 3–5 business days. For more complex or multi-destination trips, please allow 3–10 business days for preparation.

Quoted prices are subject to change until a deposit is submitted to secure the trip. Providing full and accurate trip details will help us create the most precise proposal for you.

We aim to design itineraries that provide excellent value while staying within your budget. However, if your budget is below typical pricing for the type of trip requested, suitable options may be limited. In those cases, we will contact you to discuss alternatives before completing your proposal.
