The Boarding Lounge (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates as an independent travel planning business providing advisory and booking services. By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern all travel planning, consultation, and booking services provided by The Boarding Lounge.
1. Eligibility – U.S. Citizens Only
The Boarding Lounge provides travel planning and booking services exclusively to U.S. citizens. By engaging our services, submitting an inquiry, or entering into a booking agreement, you confirm that you are a U.S. citizen and meet all eligibility requirements to book travel through The Boarding Lounge. Services are not available to non-U.S. citizens at this time.

2. Role of The Boarding Lounge
The Boarding Lounge acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between clients and independent third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, airlines, and insurance providers (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, manage, or control any Supplier. All travel services are subject to the Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and policies. The Boarding Lounge is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or negligence of any Supplier or third party.

3.5 Planning Guidance & Enhancements
Assistance with excursions, activities, dining suggestions, add-ons, and general travel guidance during the planning process. Availability is dependent on Supplier rules and destination conditions.

3.6 Travel Support
Limited 24-hour support for agency-related emergencies only, such as issues with confirmed reservations made through The Boarding Lounge.
All other emergencies—including medical situations, lost passports, airline issues, or local incidents—must be handled directly with the appropriate Supplier, authorities, or emergency services.

4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, itineraries, and confirmations for accuracy. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all entry requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and health regulations.
The Boarding Lounge is not responsible for losses or expenses resulting from your failure to meet travel requirements, Supplier rules, or deadlines.

5. Payments
All payments for reservations are processed through the Supplier’s payment system or The Boarding Lounge’s designated platform, depending on the type of booking. Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and final payment deadlines are determined by each Supplier and communicated prior to booking.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposits. The Boarding Lounge is not responsible for declined payments, payment errors, or Supplier cancellations arising from inaccurate, expired, or invalid payment information provided by the client.
Certain third-party Suppliers may require deposits, mandatory fees, or non-refundable payments as part of their booking policies. These charges are set by the Supplier and will always be disclosed prior to booking.
