Client Services Agreement

This Client Services Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the scope of services, expectations, and responsibilities governing the professional travel planning and advisory services provided by The Boarding Lounge.

By engaging The Boarding Lounge for travel planning services, submitting payment of the applicable planning fee, and electronically signing this Agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Scope of Services

The Boarding Lounge provides professional travel planning, booking, and advisory services designed to create personalized travel experiences based on each client's unique preferences, goals, and travel style.

Depending on the service selected, these services may include destination research, itinerary design, hotel and resort recommendations, cruise planning, transportation coordination, vacation packages, activities and excursions, travel protection guidance, dining recommendations, and other travel-related arrangements.

The specific services provided will be based on the planning service selected by the client during the consultation process. Services not included within the selected planning package may be available as optional add-on services and, if applicable, will be subject to additional fees.

The Boarding Lounge will perform all services with reasonable care, professional judgment, and attention to detail. While every effort will be made to create a seamless travel experience, travel involves independent third-party suppliers and circumstances beyond our control. As such, no guarantee is made regarding the performance, availability, or quality of services provided by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, or any other travel supplier.

Planning Fees

Planning fees compensate The Boarding Lounge for the professional time, expertise, research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and travel planning services provided on the client's behalf. Planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are required before any research, itinerary development, recommendations, or planning services begin.

Once paid, planning fees cannot be transferred, credited, or applied to another traveler, trip, itinerary, travel dates, planning service, or future travel project.

Payment of the planning fee reserves time dedicated exclusively to the client's travel project and is not applied toward the cost of travel arrangements.

Planning fees vary based on the complexity, scope, and type of travel service requested. The applicable planning fee will be discussed during the consultation process and confirmed in writing before services begin.

Payment of the planning fee constitutes the client's authorization for The Boarding Lounge to begin providing the agreed-upon planning services in accordance with this Agreement.

What the Planning Fee Covers

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the planning fee includes the professional services necessary to research, design, coordinate, and manage the travel arrangements associated with the selected planning service.

Depending on the service purchased, the planning fee may include:

  • Destination research and recommendations

  • Customized itinerary design and trip organization

  • Hotel, resort, cruise, or vacation package research and recommendations

  • Supplier coordination and reservation management

  • Up to the number of revisions included with the selected planning service

  • Travel protection guidance

  • A professional digital itinerary, when applicable

  • Pre-travel support and guidance prior to departure

The specific services included will depend on the planning service selected and will be communicated to the client before planning begins.

What Is Not Included

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, the planning fee does not include:

  • The cost of travel arrangements, including but not limited to airfare, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, excursions, attraction tickets, dining, travel protection, or any other travel-related expenses.

  • Supplier-imposed fees, taxes, gratuities, baggage fees, seat selection fees, resort fees, passport or visa fees, vaccination costs, or other government-imposed charges.

  • Optional services requested outside the scope of the selected planning service, including but not limited to Personal Concierge Services, expedited planning, or reactivation of inactive travel projects.

  • Additional research, itinerary redesigns, or revisions beyond those included with the selected planning service.

  • Services requested after travel has commenced unless covered under an applicable add-on service.

Concierge Travel Services

Personal Concierge Services are available as an optional add-on and are not included in the standard planning fee unless specifically stated in writing.

Concierge Services are designed for clients who would like ongoing travel-related assistance before and during their trip beyond the scope of their selected planning service.

Depending on the services requested, Concierge Services may include:

  • Coordinating restaurant, spa, transportation, tour, excursion, and other travel-related reservations

  • Assisting with itinerary adjustments and travel-related changes

  • Coordinating with travel suppliers, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), and other service providers on the client's behalf

  • Serving as the client's primary point of contact for eligible travel-related requests during the trip

  • Providing assistance with unexpected travel disruptions when reasonably possible.

Personal Concierge Services involve active trip management and ongoing travel support and are therefore offered as an optional service for an additional fee. The scope of Concierge Services will be discussed and agreed upon before any additional services are provided.

Quotes, Pricing & Availability

Travel quotes, recommendations, and proposals are based on the pricing, availability, promotions, and supplier information available at the time they are prepared.

Because pricing, promotions, availability, and inventory are controlled by independent travel suppliers, all quotes are subject to change without notice until confirmed by the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.

The Boarding Lounge cannot guarantee the availability of any quoted option, price, promotion, itinerary, room category, cabin, flight, or travel service before booking confirmation is received.

Quoted prices may not include supplier-imposed taxes, fees, gratuities, baggage charges, seat selection fees, resort fees, destination fees, or other charges unless specifically stated in writing.

Deposits, Payments & Final Payment

Most travel arrangements require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and final payment deadlines are determined by the applicable travel supplier and may vary depending on the supplier, travel dates, promotional offers, and booking terms.

Before any payment is processed, clients must complete and sign The Boarding Lounge's Credit Card Authorization Form. Based on the approved travel proposal, The Boarding Lounge will provide the applicable payment schedule, including the required deposit, recurring payment amounts (if applicable), and final payment amount. The client will authorize whether to pay in full or follow the proposed payment schedule.

Once payment authorization has been received, The Boarding Lounge will process payments on the client's behalf in accordance with the payment instructions provided on the Credit Card Authorization Form and the applicable supplier payment schedule.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the authorized payment method remains valid and that sufficient available funds or credit are available at the time each payment is processed. Declined transactions, expired payment methods, or insufficient funds may result in booking delays, supplier-imposed penalties, cancellation of travel arrangements, or changes in pricing or availability.

To help avoid missed supplier deadlines, The Boarding Lounge may process final payments prior to the supplier's official payment due date. The client remains responsible for ensuring that authorized funds are available when payment is processed.

As a courtesy, The Boarding Lounge may send advance payment reminders prior to scheduled payment dates. These reminders are provided as a convenience only and do not relieve the client of the responsibility to maintain a valid payment method and ensure sufficient available funds for all authorized payments.

Revisions & Changes

The Boarding Lounge understands that travel plans may evolve during the planning process. To allow for reasonable refinements while maintaining an efficient planning process, each planning service includes a limited number of revisions within the original scope of the trip.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Custom Travel Planning includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions.

  • Cruise Planning includes one (1) round of revisions.

  • Hotel Lookbook includes one (1) round of revisions.

A revision is intended to refine the original proposal based on the client's feedback and may include reasonable adjustments within the original scope of the trip, such as travel dates, accommodations, cruise cabin categories, sailing selections, budget range, or travel preferences for the same destination and overall trip scope.

The following are examples of revisions that are generally included within the applicable planning service:

  • Adjusting travel dates within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Comparing a different room category at the same property.

  • Recommending a similar hotel or resort within the same destination and budget range.

  • Making minor itinerary refinements based on client feedback.

Requests that substantially change the original scope of the trip are not considered revisions and may require a new planning fee. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Changing destinations.

  • Adding additional destinations or cities.

  • Changing the type or style of vacation.

  • Significantly increasing the number of travelers.

  • Requesting entirely new recommendations after options have already been presented.

  • Restarting the planning process with new travel goals or preferences.

If additional revisions are requested beyond those included with the selected planning service, or if the requested changes fall outside the original scope of the trip, additional planning fees may apply. Any applicable fees will be discussed with and approved by the client before additional work begins.

Proposal Validity

Travel proposals are prepared based on the client's approved travel preferences and the pricing, availability, and supplier information available at the time the proposal is created.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, travel proposals remain valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date the proposal is delivered to the client.

Clients are expected to review their proposal and communicate their booking decision within the proposal validity period so planning and booking services may continue without unnecessary delays.

Because travel pricing, availability, promotions, and inventory are controlled by independent travel suppliers, The Boarding Lounge cannot guarantee that quoted pricing or availability will remain unchanged after a proposal has been issued or after the proposal validity period has expired.

If a proposal expires before the client authorizes the booking of travel arrangements, updated pricing, availability, and travel recommendations may be required before planning can continue.

Planning Reactivation

If a client requests to resume planning after a proposal has expired, a non-refundable Reactivation Fee will apply, provided the request is made within fourteen (14) calendar days following the proposal expiration date and the original trip parameters remain substantially unchanged.

The Reactivation Fee covers the professional time required to reopen the client's file, verify current pricing and availability, update research as necessary, and reissue travel recommendations.

Requests received more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the proposal expiration date will be considered a new planning engagement and will require payment of a new planning fee. Any previously issued proposals, pricing, recommendations, or research will be considered void.

Planning Timeframes

The time required to prepare a travel proposal varies depending on the complexity of the trip, destination, supplier response times, seasonal demand, and the planning service selected.

Planning begins only after all required information has been received, this Agreement has been signed, and the applicable planning fee has been paid.

For most planning services, clients should allow approximately three (3) to five (5) business days for research and proposal preparation.

Custom Travel Planning, multi-destination itineraries, group travel, specialty travel, and more complex travel requests may require additional planning time. Estimated planning timeframes will be communicated to the client based on the scope of the trip.

The Boarding Lounge will make every reasonable effort to meet communicated planning timelines; however, all planning timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Cancellation of Planning Services

Clients may choose to discontinue planning services at any time by notifying The Boarding Lounge in writing.

Planning fees compensate The Boarding Lounge for reserving professional planning time, destination research, itinerary development, travel expertise, and advisory services provided throughout the planning process.

Accordingly, all Planning Fees, Reactivation Fees, Rush Fees, Concierge Service Fees, and any other service fees paid to The Boarding Lounge are earned upon payment and are non-refundable, regardless of whether the client chooses to discontinue planning services before or after research has begun or ultimately decides not to travel.

If planning services are canceled before a proposal has been completed, no refund or partial refund of the planning fee will be issued.

Cancellation of Booked Travel

If a client wishes to cancel any travel arrangements booked through The Boarding Lounge, the client must notify The Boarding Lounge in writing as soon as possible. The Boarding Lounge will coordinate the cancellation with the applicable travel supplier on the client's behalf.

All cancellations are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the applicable travel supplier. Cancellation penalties, fees, forfeiture of deposits, future travel credits, refunds, or other applicable charges are determined solely by the travel supplier.

A non-refundable Cancellation Administration Fee will apply to cancellations of confirmed travel arrangements booked through The Boarding Lounge. This fee covers the administrative time required to coordinate cancellations with travel suppliers, process cancellation requests, monitor refunds or travel credits when applicable, and provide follow-up communication to the client. The applicable fee will be determined based on the type and complexity of the bookings being canceled, including the number of suppliers involved, and will be communicated to the client before the cancellation process begins.

The Boarding Lounge does not control and is not responsible for supplier cancellation policies, refund decisions, processing times, or the issuance of refunds or travel credits.

Any refunds, credits, or future travel certificates are issued solely at the discretion of the applicable travel supplier and are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for travel planning and booking. This includes, but is not limited to, the full legal names of all travelers exactly as they appear on their government-issued identification, dates of birth, contact information, preferred travel dates, destinations, budget, travel requirements, accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, celebrations, travel style, and any other information requested by The Boarding Lounge. Clients are also responsible for promptly notifying The Boarding Lounge of any changes to traveler information that may affect existing reservations or the planning process. The Boarding Lounge is not responsible for costs, delays, denied boarding, booking errors, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proposals, booking confirmations, itineraries, invoices, travel documents, and other information provided by The Boarding Lounge to verify the accuracy of traveler names, travel dates, destinations, accommodations, transportation, and all other reservation details. Clients must promptly notify The Boarding Lounge of any errors, discrepancies, or requested changes. Failure to review these documents does not relieve the client of responsibility for the accuracy of their travel arrangements.

Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for any authorized scheduled payments and for promptly notifying The Boarding Lounge of any changes to their payment information before a scheduled payment is processed. The Boarding Lounge is not responsible for declined transactions resulting from expired payment methods, insufficient funds, or other payment issues beyond its control.

Clients are expected to respond to requests for information, approvals, or decisions in a timely manner. Delays in providing requested information or responding to communications may affect planning timelines, supplier availability, pricing, promotional offers, or the ability to secure requested travel arrangements.

Communication & Availability

The Boarding Lounge is committed to providing timely and professional communication throughout the planning process.

Response times and availability may vary depending on business volume, travel schedules, and other commitments. While every effort will be made to respond as promptly as possible, responses are not guaranteed outside of normal business hours, on weekends, or during holidays unless otherwise agreed upon or included as part of a Concierge Service.

While traveling, clients experiencing travel-related disruptions should first contact the applicable travel supplier for immediate assistance, as suppliers are generally best positioned to resolve time-sensitive matters. The Boarding Lounge will make reasonable efforts to provide guidance and coordinate with travel suppliers as appropriate and as availability permits; however, immediate availability or resolution cannot be guaranteed. For medical, health, or safety emergencies, clients should contact local emergency services immediately.

Group Travel Terms & Responsibilities

Group travel may be subject to additional supplier terms, conditions, payment schedules, cancellation policies, contractual requirements, and booking deadlines that differ from individual travel arrangements. Clients participating in group travel are responsible for complying with all applicable supplier requirements and any additional group requirements communicated during the planning process.

Each traveler, or the individual financially responsible for a reservation, is responsible for the obligations associated with that reservation, including providing accurate traveler information, authorizing payments, and meeting applicable deadlines. The Boarding Lounge is not responsible for disputes between group members, payment arrangements made privately between travelers, or decisions made by a group organizer that affect individual participants.

Group pricing, amenities, promotional offers, complimentary benefits, room assignments, dining arrangements, and other group-related inclusions are determined solely by the applicable travel supplier and remain subject to the supplier's terms, availability, and modification. The Boarding Lounge cannot guarantee the availability or continuation of any group benefits until confirmed by the supplier.

Certain group benefits, pricing, or contractual terms may be contingent upon meeting minimum participation or booking requirements established by the travel supplier. If those requirements are no longer met due to cancellations, changes, or other circumstances beyond The Boarding Lounge's control, the supplier may modify or withdraw applicable group benefits, pricing, or contractual terms. The Boarding Lounge is not responsible for such supplier decisions.

For example, a cruise line may require approximately eight (8) cabins to qualify for a group rate or amenities, while a hotel or resort may require a minimum number of rooms to maintain contracted group benefits. These are examples only, and minimum participation requirements vary by supplier, destination, travel type, and individual group contract.

Changes, cancellations, or missed deadlines by one or more travelers may affect group pricing, amenities, availability, or contractual obligations. The Boarding Lounge is not responsible for any resulting consequences imposed by the travel supplier.

Travel Protection

Travel protection is strongly recommended for all trips and may provide valuable financial protection in the event of covered trip cancellations, interruptions, travel delays, lost or delayed baggage, medical emergencies, emergency medical evacuation, and other unforeseen circumstances, depending on the policy purchased.

The Boarding Lounge will discuss available travel protection options and provide information to help clients make an informed decision. However, The Boarding Lounge is not a licensed insurance provider and does not determine policy terms, coverage, exclusions, claim eligibility, or claim outcomes. All travel protection policies are issued and administered by third-party insurance providers and are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the applicable policy.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the policy carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets their individual travel needs. Coverage varies by policy, provider, destination, traveler eligibility, and other factors.

If a client declines travel protection, The Boarding Lounge shall not be responsible for any financial losses, supplier penalties, medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation costs, travel disruptions, or other losses that may have been covered under an applicable travel protection policy. Clients who decline travel protection are required to sign a separate Travel Protection Declination Waiver acknowledging that travel protection was offered and voluntarily declined. The signed waiver must be received before planning services begin.

Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and presenting all required travel documents necessary for their trip. This includes, but is not limited to, valid passports, visas, travel authorizations, identification, vaccination or health documentation, parental consent forms for minors when applicable, and any other documents required by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, destination countries, or government authorities.

Many destinations require passports to remain valid for a specified period beyond the date of travel, and entry requirements may vary based on citizenship, residency, itinerary, transit locations, and other factors. Clients are responsible for verifying and satisfying all applicable entry and travel requirements before departure.

For example, while certain closed-loop cruises may permit alternative documentation for some U.S. citizens, documentation requirements vary by cruise line, itinerary, destination, and individual traveler circumstances. To help avoid unexpected travel disruptions, The Boarding Lounge strongly recommends traveling with a valid passport for all international travel whenever possible.

While The Boarding Lounge may provide general guidance regarding travel documentation and entry requirements, clients acknowledge that such requirements are established by government authorities and travel suppliers, may change without notice, and remain the sole responsibility of the traveler.

The Boarding Lounge shall not be responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel arrangements, additional expenses, delays, cancellations, or other losses resulting from expired, invalid, inaccurate, or insufficient travel documents, failure to obtain required documentation, failure to meet entry requirements, or changes to governmental travel regulations occurring before or during travel.

Travel Risks

Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks that may include, but are not limited to, weather events, natural disasters, mechanical failures, transportation delays, labor strikes, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, crime, illness, injury, government actions, border restrictions, public health concerns, supplier insolvency, cybersecurity incidents affecting travel suppliers or transportation systems, and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect travel plans.

The Boarding Lounge does not own, operate, manage, or control the travel suppliers providing transportation, accommodations, cruises, tours, excursions, or other travel services. As such, The Boarding Lounge cannot guarantee the safety, availability, quality, or uninterrupted performance of any travel service or destination.

Clients assume responsibility for evaluating the risks associated with their travel plans and are encouraged to review current travel advisories, health recommendations, and entry requirements issued by the appropriate government authorities before and during travel.

The Boarding Lounge shall not be responsible for losses, injuries, damages, delays, interruptions, or additional expenses resulting from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including actions or omissions of third-party travel suppliers or governmental authorities.

Third-Party Suppliers

The Boarding Lounge arranges travel services through independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, destination management companies, travel protection providers, and other travel vendors. These suppliers are independent entities and are not owned, operated, managed, or controlled by The Boarding Lounge.

All reservations are subject to the individual terms, conditions, policies, availability, and contractual requirements established by the applicable travel supplier. Clients acknowledge that suppliers may modify pricing, schedules, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, amenities, dining arrangements, excursions, or other travel services before or during travel.

The Boarding Lounge acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the applicable travel suppliers. While reasonable care is exercised in selecting reputable suppliers, The Boarding Lounge does not guarantee the financial stability, performance, safety, quality, availability, or actions of any third-party supplier.

The Boarding Lounge shall not be responsible for any acts, omissions, negligence, bankruptcy, insolvency, cancellations, schedule changes, delays, overbookings, service interruptions, injuries, property damage, loss of personal belongings, or other circumstances arising from or relating to the acts or omissions of any third-party supplier.  Any refunds, credits, compensation, reimbursements, or goodwill gestures remain solely at the discretion of the applicable travel supplier and are subject to that supplier's policies.

Digital Documents & Itineraries

As part of the planning services provided, clients may receive a personalized digital itinerary containing travel confirmations, reservation details, schedules, destination information, and other trip-related resources. The itinerary is intended to help organize travel plans and serve as a convenient reference before and during travel.

The Boarding Lounge prepares digital itineraries using information provided by third-party travel suppliers. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the information is accurate at the time the itinerary is prepared, clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, confirmations, and reservation details upon receipt and promptly notifying The Boarding Lounge of any discrepancies.

Travel suppliers may modify schedules, reservation details, transportation, accommodations, excursions, dining arrangements, meeting locations, or other travel services after the itinerary has been prepared. Clients are responsible for reviewing communications and notifications received directly from travel suppliers before and during travel, as those communications may contain important updates affecting their trip.

The Boarding Lounge shall not be responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or changes resulting from information provided or modified by third-party suppliers after the itinerary has been prepared or delivered. Clients acknowledge that travel suppliers may communicate schedule changes, gate changes, itinerary updates, cancellations, or other important travel information directly to the traveler before or during travel.

Privacy & Confidentiality

The Boarding Lounge respects the privacy of its clients and is committed to protecting personal information collected in connection with the planning and booking of travel services. Client information will be used only as necessary to research, arrange, manage, and support travel reservations, communicate regarding travel plans, process authorized payments, comply with applicable legal obligations, and provide the services requested by the client, and will not be sold to third parties.

The Boarding Lounge may share client information with third-party travel suppliers, payment processors, technology providers, and other service providers only as reasonably necessary to facilitate requested travel services or as otherwise required by law. By engaging The Boarding Lounge, clients authorize the sharing of such information for these purposes.

The Boarding Lounge will take reasonable measures to safeguard client information; however, no method of electronic transmission or data storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with transmitting information electronically.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are further governed by The Boarding Lounge's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Boarding Lounge's liability arising out of or relating to the services provided under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount of planning fees actually paid by the client for the specific travel planning services giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall The Boarding Lounge be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, lost wages, lost business opportunities, additional travel expenses, or other financial losses arising from or related to the client's travel arrangements or the services provided under this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to promptly contact The Boarding Lounge regarding any questions or concerns related to planning fees, authorized payments, or charges associated with the services provided under this Agreement before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution, as many billing concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Clients acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel travel reservations, supplier bookings, or financial obligations owed to third-party travel suppliers. Cancellation policies, supplier penalties, and contractual obligations remain governed by the applicable travel supplier's terms and conditions.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated for a planning fee or other authorized service fee that was properly disclosed, authorized, and earned under this Agreement, The Boarding Lounge reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, including this Agreement, signed authorizations, invoices, payment records, and related communications, in response to the dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is determined to be unfounded and results in fees, costs, or other financial losses to The Boarding Lounge, the client remains responsible for reimbursing those amounts to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination of Services

Either the client or The Boarding Lounge may terminate the professional relationship at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

If the client terminates planning services, all Planning Fees, Reactivation Fees, Rush Fees, Concierge Service Fees, and any other service fees earned under this Agreement shall remain non-refundable. The client remains responsible for any outstanding balances owed for services already authorized or performed prior to termination.

The Boarding Lounge reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, provides false or misleading information, fails to make required payments, engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct, repeatedly ignores requests for information or required approvals that prevent the planning process from moving forward, or otherwise makes it unreasonable or impracticable for The Boarding Lounge to continue providing services.

Upon termination, The Boarding Lounge shall have no further obligation to perform additional planning, booking, research, support, or advisory services under this Agreement. Any travel reservations already confirmed with third-party suppliers shall remain subject to the applicable supplier's terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client and The Boarding Lounge regarding the professional travel planning services described herein and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, representations, or understandings relating to those services.

Agreement Acknowledgment & Electronic Signatures

By electronically signing this Agreement, the client acknowledges that they have carefully read and understood its contents, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

The client further acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review The Boarding Lounge's Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any other documents incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

The client acknowledges that their electronic signature constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and shall have the same legal force and effect as an original handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
